Our home care field staff is comprised of over 2,000 highly qualified clinicians who have successfully completed a rigorous screening process that exceeds federal and state requirements. Our clinical hiring, training and development philosophy, called "PediaPrep", is a unique program that acknowledges the different levels of expertise of each clinician and provides opportunities for ongoing development to continually improve the skill levels of all of our clinicians.
